Mr. Bajirao Belhekar’s career moved through landscape design, industrial administration and human resources before he founded the company in 2001. That unusual combination created a practical, ground-level approach to outsourcing: understand the job, respect the person doing it and stay accountable for the outcome.
The company grew one trusted assignment at a time—from landscaping and housekeeping into production manpower, job-work contracts and broader industrial support. Its progress has always been measured in dependable delivery and long-term relationships.

Industrial and people operations
At Western India Erectors and Wyler, he progressed from HR assistant to manager and built first-hand knowledge of workforce management inside industrial environments.
The first Nikis contract
Nikis Green Site started with four people and a garden and housekeeping assignment for Keihin FIE—an early partnership built on responsiveness and trust.
Moving onto the production floor
A production-workforce contract with Bilcare expanded the company’s operating scope and established manpower services as a core capability.
Built to operate at scale
Process improvements and close client relationships grew the workforce to roughly 650 people, preparing the organisation for its next phase.
Approximately 3,000 people strong
Now Nikis Utility Services Pvt Ltd, the organisation supports industrial clients with manpower, job-work, facilities and compliance services.
